Dashboard Overview
The TourKit dashboard is your central hub for managing tours, viewing analytics, and configuring settings.
Navigation
Tours
The main Tours section shows all your created tours. From here you can:
- View tour status (draft, published)
- See engagement metrics
- Edit, duplicate, or delete tours
- Generate videos
Campaigns
Campaigns let you group multiple tours together. Use campaigns to:
- Create themed collections (e.g., "Onboarding", "Feature Tours")
- Set custom branding per campaign
- Track combined analytics
Analytics
The Analytics section provides insights into:
- Total views and unique viewers
- Completion rates
- Step drop-off points
- Geographic distribution
- Device breakdown
Settings
Configure your account in Settings:
- Profile information
- Team members (Business plans)
- API keys
- Branding customization
- Notification preferences
Quick Actions
Creating a Tour
Click the "+ New Tour" button in the header to:
- Start recording from the extension
- Upload an existing tour
- Duplicate an existing tour
Searching
Use the search bar to quickly find tours by name or description.
Filtering
Filter your tours by:
- Status (Published, Draft)
- Date created
- Campaign
