Key Metrics Explained
Completion Rate
The percentage of viewers who watched all steps:
Completion Rate = (Completed Views / Total Views) × 100
A good completion rate is typically 60%+ for short tours.
Drop-off Rate
Where users stop watching:
- High drop-off at a specific step? The content might be confusing
- Gradual drop-off? Tour might be too long
Engagement Score
A combined metric (0-100) based on:
- Completion rate
- Interaction rate
