Campaigns

Campaigns let you group related tours together, creating organized collections for different use cases or audiences.

What Are Campaigns?

A campaign is a collection of tours that share:

  • A common theme or purpose
  • Custom branding settings
  • Combined analytics
  • A single shareable link

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns in the dashboard
  2. Click "+ New Campaign"
  3. Enter a name and description
  4. Add tours by dragging or selecting them
  5. Configure campaign settings
  6. Click "Save"

Branding

Customize the appearance:

  • Logo
  • Primary color
  • Custom domain (Business plan)

Navigation

Control how viewers move through tours:

  • Sequential: Must complete in order
  • Free navigation: Jump to any tour
  • Suggested order: Recommended but not required

Access Control

  • Public: Anyone with the link
  • Password protected: Require a password
  • Authenticated: Require sign-in

Managing Tours

Adding Tours

Drag tours from your library into the campaign, or click "Add Tour" to select from a list.

Reordering

Drag tours to change their order in the campaign.

Removing

Click the X on any tour to remove it from the campaign (the tour itself isn't deleted).

Best Practices

  • Keep it focused: 3-7 tours per campaign works best
  • Logical order: Arrange tours from basic to advanced
  • Clear naming: Use descriptive names for each tour
  • Regular updates: Keep campaigns current as your product evolves
