Campaigns let you group related tours together, creating organized collections for different use cases or audiences.
What Are Campaigns?
A campaign is a collection of tours that share:
- A common theme or purpose
- Custom branding settings
- Combined analytics
- A single shareable link

Onboarding
Group all your getting-started tours for new users.
Feature Tours
Showcase specific product features or updates.
Sales Demos
Create polished demo collections for prospects.
Training
Build comprehensive training programs with multiple modules.
Creating a Campaign
- Go to Campaigns in the dashboard
- Click "+ New Campaign"
- Enter a name and description
- Add tours by dragging or selecting them
- Configure campaign settings
- Click "Save"

Branding
Customize the appearance:
- Logo
- Primary color
- Custom domain (Business plan)
Navigation
Control how viewers move through tours:
- Sequential: Must complete in order
- Free navigation: Jump to any tour
- Suggested order: Recommended but not required
Access Control
- Public: Anyone with the link
- Password protected: Require a password
- Authenticated: Require sign-in

Embed
Add the campaign widget to your website:

Managing Tours
Adding Tours
Drag tours from your library into the campaign, or click "Add Tour" to select from a list.
Reordering
Drag tours to change their order in the campaign.
Removing
Click the X on any tour to remove it from the campaign (the tour itself isn't deleted).
Best Practices
- Keep it focused: 3-7 tours per campaign works best
- Logical order: Arrange tours from basic to advanced
- Clear naming: Use descriptive names for each tour
- Regular updates: Keep campaigns current as your product evolves
